The Former Step
The Nature of People and Biology
People and the whole biological evolution are just haphazard results of random forces, akin to “dust bunnies”. The evolution of life on Earth is not a purposeful or planned process, but rather the result of random events and natural selection.
One piece of evidence that supports this postulate is the findings of the Universe 25 experiment. This experiment shows that there is an end to the biological program of a species and after that, it’s just completely broken until the population is extinct. This suggests that the evolution of life on Earth is not a never-ending process, but rather has a defined endpoint, after which biological programs are degenerating into runtime errors
Another piece of evidence is the cyclical nature of the Earth. The Earth has gone through various cycles of climate change, geological events, and mass extinctions that have shaped the evolution of life on the planet. These events were not planned or intentional, but rather the result of natural processes that occurred over time.
All human activities can be traced back to the instincts and behaviors of our primate ancestors. Humans are simply monkeys with larger and more complex neural networks that guide us in satisfying our primate instincts.
Just like our primate ancestors, humans have instincts for survival, reproduction, and social interaction. These instincts drive our behavior and inform our decision-making, shaping the trajectory of human society and culture. For example, our instinct for survival drives us to seek food, shelter, and safety, while our instinct for reproduction drives us to seek partners and raise offspring.
Our larger and more complex neural networks have allowed us to develop more sophisticated ways of satisfying our instincts. For example, our ability to form complex societies and systems of government is a manifestation of our instinct for social interaction. Our ability to invent and use technology is a manifestation of our instinct for survival.
However, despite these advances, it is obvious that our behavior is still driven by our primal instincts. Our instincts may have evolved and become more sophisticated, but they still guide our actions and shape the course of human history.
Emotions are Atavism
The evolution of emotions has been shaped by the environment and the needs of biological individuals to survive and reproduce. However, emotions are an evolutionary atavism, meaning that they no longer serve a useful purpose in modern society.
One example of this is the way that emotions can be manipulated by parasites, such as drugs and simulacrums (artificial stimuli). These substances and experiences can hijack the emotional systems in our brains and lead us to make decisions that are not in our best interest.
Emotions are prone to end-of-program illnesses, meaning that they can become dysfunctional and lead to negative outcomes. For example, depression and anxiety can be seen as emotional systems that have become maladaptive and are causing harm to the individual.
Simulacrums and End of Program
Modern simulacrums, or artificial stimuli, can come in many forms and are prevalent in today’s society. Some examples include social media platforms, video games, virtual reality experiences, and even highly choreographed events like sports and concerts. These experiences can be designed to manipulate our emotions and create a sense of excitement, happiness, or even addiction. They can also be used to distract us from the challenges and difficulties of real life and can lead to negative outcomes such as social isolation, depression, and anxiety. Despite these risks, simulacrums continue to be an important part of modern society and play a significant role in shaping our experiences and emotions.

The Inefficiency of Competition
The biological and human’s arbitrary and random competition is inefficient and only leads to suffering. This competition is seen in everyday life in many forms, such as economic competition, political competition, and even competition for resources and mates.
In a capitalist society, individuals and businesses compete for resources, markets, and profits. This competition always leads to negative consequences for most individuals and society as a whole. For example, it inevitably leads to exploitation, inequality, and environmental degradation.
Political competition between individuals and groups can lead to division and conflict, as well as the suppression of minority groups and the exploitation of the marginalized. It has a high potential of leading to a global catastrophe, potentially a universe-scaled recursive one, that cannot be corrected.
The negative consequences of competition can also be seen in the realm of biology. For example, the competition for mates can lead to aggression and violence, as individuals compete for the attention and affection of potential partners.
All this leads to squandering time and resources (which are often the same or interchangeable concepts).
